DiGGz is a Harlem born Producer/Video Director & Editor. DiGGz has been producing music for about 5 years now. Inspiration to make beats came when he realized that he would not listen to the words of a song, but only listen to the beat. A High School friend gave him the beat making program REASON, and ever since then, he has been mastering his craft, and switching to the less expensive program Fruity Loops, which he only uses today to make his beats. "When people ask me what I use to make my beats, I usually let them hear some bangers, then I tell them Fruity Loops. They look at me like I'm crazy, but the look only means that they can't believe how something that sounds so good, can be created using Fruity Loops. 9th Wonder uses Fruity Loops, but now everyone can tell who uses Fruity Loops when they hear a beat. I try not to make it so obvious. All you people out there making fun of Fruity Loops because it's a $100 program, should not sleep on it, because my music probably sounds better than yours, and YOU are using MPCs!" Displaying his sampling skills in every beat he makes, he believes in making beats for a purpose. That purpose is to bring back life to old recordings and to sample things that no one would ever think of sampling in order to show his unique sampling style which everyone ever so doubts. "I don't think there is a person out in Harlem that can see me when it comes to sampling! If there is, get at me! I would love to show you wrong." When producing, DiGGz takes a certain idea and centers his beat around that idea in order to create a beat in which an artists can use to their advantage.
