Digital Junkie Promotions was formed in 2000 by 2 young party go-ers looking to pump up the local dance scene.With in 2 years DJ promotions had been behind some of the biggest underground events in Atlanta. With events being hosted at The Globe, The Masquerade, The Warehouse expectations for the hottest parties were coming from this company. The place to be in 2000-2002 was at a Digital Junkie party. The streets were hot with the late night action and the dance scene was on fire..... then it all stopped. After Atlanta and Dekalb County cops started shutting down the clubs left and right the future looked bleak for the young company. There was no where for them to go. Dance had been shut down in Atlanta. But lying in the shadows were some new fresh venues waiting for the time to come out of hiding. Now after 8 years of fighting the time has come and Digital Junkie Promotions is looking better than before. After attaining the talent of local DJ Lotus, we at DJP are excited to announce the summer tour for DJ Lotus as well as some other hot locals from the underground scene. If there ever was a chance to bring the Dance scene of the past back to the street this is it. I hope you will join us in this revolution, don't forget to bring your glowsticks!!!
