Based in the small market town of Kirkby Stephen we are surrounded by myths, hill, history and the occasional tropical bird!!
We thought this would be the perfect place to create the modern tradition, a good old-fashioned knee’s up with bang up to date live music.
Every year we throw open an invitation to you to join us for a weekend of music, fun, and beer in the enchanting surroundings of the Eden Valley.
Combining the cream of the emerging local talent with national and international acts alongside more classic and obscure performers makes for a truly unique weekend and a great way to end your summer!
We created the festival in 2005 and since then we have stayed true to our original aims whilst developing them as the festival has grown. And here they are;
• A platform for local artists to annually showcase there work.
• Provide the people of the Eden Valley with access to diverse entertainment.
• Create a sustainable annual community focal point, which encourages participation and community spirit.
• Raise Kirkby Stephens profile including businesses, services, history and attractions.
• Provide an event for all ages.
