In 1996 Tavia helped to develop Teshuwah Dance Ministry, which gave her a love for ministering to young girls and ignited her passion for the arts in ministry.................................................... ...............In 1998 she founded Teshuwah School of the Arts, a non-profit performing arts organizations that minister to the spritual artistic needs of young people. She attended Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD where she majored in pastoral studies, and Prince Georges College where she was a theater arts major. In 1997 Tavia was called to the ministry and in 2005 she was ordained and licensed as a pastor at Full Gospel Of Christ, in Richmond VA.
