Born in Austin Texas. and very proud of it. I've got a great family. Mill and I have two daughters Laurie and Lisa, trust me their both knock outs, and between them they both married great guys. how lucky is that?? , And i have 9 amazing grandchildren:
1 Alexandria, 2 Kevin, 3 Tyler, 4 Danielle, 5 David, 6 Jessica, 7 Joey, 8 Nicholas, and 9 Cammy.
I drove a truck for 25 years. I also sang and played in bands up and down the east coast for years. on the weekends in Taverns and backyard parties, and im still alive to talk about it. I mean i played in the boom boom rooms - enough said !
I gave up trucking, and came to Phoenix. Mill and i bought a home and started a new life here in Arizona. I hung out on the troutstreams in the white mountains.
I started playing guitar and singing in some local bars in the north west valley, got the bug again, started writing. I met Mike Bolenbach and the Plump Tones, and here i am actually acting out my fantasy with some of the hottest players in Phoenix. Mike Bolenbach my engineer and producer of my debut CD, Both Hands On The Wheel told me one day when i went into Fullwell studios to do a scratch vocal on a tune i was working on that his band " the plump tones were available and would work with me on this CD. I thought i was dreaming!
Seriously these guys are out there kicking ass. They are Mike Bolenbach Jimi Powers Jeff Leece Phil Janzen and Willie Gillette. I am so proud to be involved musically with these guys. If you have not seen the Plump tones in action on stage your missing out.
By the way, they not only played on all the tunes on the CD, but helped out by doing all the arrangements helping write the songs ect ect. Love you guys.
