I was born in the southern part of Cali (near LA) and both of my parents are from Michoacan, Mexico. That's right...straight out from the ranchitos. I have lived in the Eastern part of Washington for most of my life. I've been in Seattle now for six years since I first started college. It was a big change for me but I quickly adapted. I'm the oldest in my family and have three younger brothers and a sister. That makes me the first to go to college and graduate.
