Dion Kruczek

I Am a singer/songwriter serving in the Army band as a pianist and vocalist. I enjoy opportunities for perform for our wounded warriors in a small attempt to give back. They have selflessly given so much up for us. I am thankful everyday that my husband and I came home from serving Iraq to see our children again and so many others do not. Let's not forget them. I wrote "Soldiers Prayer, "Starlight" and "a Call from a Soldier" While in Iraq. Since then i have volunteered with Mary Virginia Pittman-Waller in San Antonio to help perform for her Welcome Home Wounded Warrior Initiative Program. I perform as a pianist and singer for special events in the Hampton Roads area and am a piano accompanist, with a B.M. from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and a M.M. from SMU. I had the honor of studying with Yoheved Kaplinsky and Alfred Mouledous. I have had the opportunity to perform throughout the world because of the military in countries such as Germany, Belgium, kosovo, Iraq, France, Italy.
