About Me

Well let's see... to start off my name is Hannah. I am 19 and I am currently a Sophomore at the University of Delaware majoring in Elementary Education (with an English concentration). I hope to someday teach 4th & 5th graders and maybe go back to school so that I can one day teach High School English as well. I love love love my family! Some of the greatest memories I have are those spent with them and my friends (afterall, they are my some of the greatest blessings I will ever have). My family is BIG, LOUD, and we NEVER have a dull moment! We do whatever is on our minds at the time and we don't care much about what people think. In short... We're crazy! I love meeting new people. People say I'm a nice gal, but hey I'm not going to tell a lie, I have my flaws, as does everyone else. Afterall no one is perfect (and I truely believe that!). I'm pretty outgoing & loud once you get to know me. I'm a good listener, but hey I love talking too! I just like to have fun and live life to it's fullest. There are three major things that I live for in my life. The first and very most important is God. He is my Lord and my Savior. He is my strength and I live for him and only him for he has blessed me in more ways than anyone could ever ask. The other two are my family and friends. They are the most amazing, kind, loving people in the whole world and I love them with my entire heart...

My Interests

I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends (I'm a ginormous family person). I like to just stay home and hang out with them when I can. I like to snuggle up and watch movies with my niecey poo and nephew. I love foooodd! I love basically any kind of sports. My favorites include volleyball, soccer, U.F, bowling, & tennis. I'm not the typical indoors girl. I love the outdoors! What can I say!?! I like camping, biking, and going boating.. although I don't know how to sail yet myself, I am going to this summer! I'm always up for trying new things. OH... and did I mention I love to sing? Well yeah.. yeah I do... very much so! I started singing when I was a little girl and it just kind of stuck with me ever since.
You Are 70% Boyish and 30% Girlish
You are pretty evenly split down the middle - a total eunuch.
Okay, kidding about the eunuch part. But you do get along with both sexes.
You reject traditional gender roles. However, you don't actively fight them.
You're just you. You don't try to be what people expect you to be. How Boyish or Girlish Are You?
You Are A Lily
You are a nurturer and all around natural therapist.
People see you as their rock. And they are able to depend on you.
You are a soothing influence. You can make people feel better with a few words.
Your caring has more of an impact than even you realize. What Flower Are You?
You Are Kermit
Hi, ho! Lovable and friendly, you get along well with everyone you know.
You're a big thinker, and sometimes you over think life's problems.
Don't worry - everyone know's it's not easy being green.

Your Theme Song is Beautiful Day by U2
"Sky falls, you feel like
It's a beautiful day
Don't let it get away"

You see the beauty in life, especially in ordinary everyday moments.
And if you're feeling down, even that seems a little beautiful too. What's Your Theme Song?

I'd like to meet:

Job, because after all that he went through he still stood strong in his faith and praised God... and anyone who wants to meet me! (that means you! yeah that's right...you!)

Music:

The correct answer would be... Country and Religious music, but any kind of music is okay by me as long as it's not rap. I also enjoy Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, and other such Jazz. I like the Oldies, Classical, & Phantom of the Opera music. OH and I almost forgot... I lovveeee Christmas music! I seriously start listening to it in like October (yeahh that's right! CHECK! Been there done that!) lol! It's not a seasonal thing. It's an all year thing!

Movies:

I don't like horror movies all that much. Some are alright, but honestly... Why be scared when you don't have to be? I love Romantic movies such as Ever After, Pride & Prejudice, Tristan & Isolde, Romeo & Juliet (Yes I like some Shakespeare stuff), The Mirror Has Two Faces, Mouline Rouge, Just Like Heaven, Tuck Everlasting, The Notebook, Sleepless in Seattle, A Walk to Remember, My Best Friends Wedding (and any other Julia Roberts movie), You've Got Mail, & The Princess Bride. Don't get me wrong though, I also love comedies and of course.. musicals! Some of my other favorites are: Phantom of the Opera, My Fair Lady, Singing In the Rain, Two Weeks with Love, It's A Wonderful Life, West Side Story, White Christmas (and pretty much any other Christmas movie), The Santa Clause 1 & 2, Pirates of the Caribbean 1 & 2, Remember the Titans, 13 Going On 30, The Three Amigos, Chronicles of Narnia, De Javu, The Illusionist, The Replacements, Bench Warmers, Night at the Roxbury, The Count of Monte Crisco, Howl's Moving Castle (hottie cartoon's... lol!), The Best of Will Ferell: Saturday Night Live ("heyy.. who's that Spartan in my teepee?"), Where The Heart Is, Meet the Parents, Oceans Eleven, Passion of Christ, Cinderella Man, Elf, LOTR, Office Space, Glory Road, Without A Paddle, What about Bob?, Monty Python, & a newly added favorite, Coach Carter. Ohhh yeahh.. and of course DISNEY MOVIES! There are many more, so if you want to know just ask.

Television:

I dont watch much TV anymore, but when I do it is most likely something like: Seinfeld, CSI, Discovery Channel, MXC, Who's line?, Friends, The WB, American Idol, Heroes, CMT, and of course... some cartoons, but that's a give in!

Books:

Honestly I'm not much of a reader, so most of the time I just see the movie. However, I do like The Holy Bible, Joshua Harris's "Boy Meets Girl", and a few mystery/suspence novels.

Heroes:

The person who has and always will be my number one hero is Jesus Christ. Not only did he die for me, but he died so that I may live a better life purified and without sin. Other than him, my Mom is my biggest hero! Not only was she the world's greatest mother, but she was the strongest, bravest, most loving, kind, & unselfish, spiritual woman I EVER knew and I will miss her dearly! Her and my father have taught me everything that I know and have fully prepared me for the life that is ahead of me.
