Project 1

We are a group of like-minded individuals who have channeled their love for music into cofounding a NonProfit Organization called Project 1 Inc..With our knowledge of the musical scene and world issues combined we've managed to feed hundreds of homeless through collecting canned goods and donating to various food banks. Our coined motto is "Feeding the hungry 1 concert at a time."How we go about helping is we create and produce limited-edition posters with original art work, and sell or exchange them for canned goods or a donation of $10. We are currently working to move our NonProfit Org. from its birth city Richmond VA to Asheville NC, with good faith that it will blossom into a larger organization with the help from fellow 'Ashevillians'. With your help of volunteering your time, or just donating a few cans at each show we can ensure the feeding of millions of families and people who desperately need a helping hand.Who is involved in our Chapter? The co-founders of Project 1 Asheville, Cara Diggins and Anna Palmer. We are blessed to have a Non-Profit "guru" helping us set up our chapter here, Mrs. Leah Noel. She is the owner of Noel, CPA and we are so grateful to have her knowledge on our side.
