J. Hill has grown to the music world as a force to be reckoned with. At the age of 13 J. Hill realized that his calling was to become a music entertainer. Influenced by the entire hip-hop culture, J. Hill became a student of all aspects of hip-hop and is well qualified to represent his prospective in a conscientious way.
Those that have had the opportunity to hear his musical creations have been known to become instant fans, as it is very easy to relate to the content. This is what sets J. Hill apart from most up and coming artists in the music industry to date. J. Hill brings a realistic prospective of life, love, the pursuit of success and happiness in his music. People of all ages seem to relish the content immediately.
J. Hill feels that society in general is in need of what we call a "Traditional Change". The reason being is that the more things change, the more they remain the same.
An example of this....... Hip-Hop is in a state of emergency and is in need of some "Positive Controversy". In order to make an impact in society..you have to grab it by the ears, pull it close to you, and force people to listen!!
Thus.....J.Hill accomplishes that goal with an innovative sound, unique in it's own.
J. Hill brings a realistic style and prospective in his music that focuses on what we call "The Big Picture".
Because we are trying to survive in a world that is oh' so cold, we all need a get-away point or a mental respiration to release and forget all of the problems in our lives. J. Hill's music aims to be that solution and everyone can find tranquility in music that relates to thier everyday joys and struggles.
More importantly, what really sets J. Hill apart from other artists is that his music miraculously lies in-between all ethnic groups in our society.
Considered very edgy and blunt at times, J. Hill manages to keep a certain realness to his music so that people can take his music for what it really is.
