On her journey inside Pion she meets the green bird Fågel Grön and the boy Kiro who assist her in her struggle to save the planet and the settlers. Slowly they come to realize that not only have they, themselves and all the settlers been lied to, the secret of Pion might be more horrible and their endevours more difficult than they could ever have imagined... Time is running out and their struggles and hardships seem to never end...
