I'm a macrobiotic, vegan chef. Food is definitely my biggest passion. Lately, I've been teaching and developing recipes. I will never cease to be amazed that I get paid to play with food and share my enthusiasm for it with others.

Music, reading and traveling are a few other interests. I'm from Colorado, and I've lived in Kansas, Tennessee, and Texas. Austin definitely feels the most like home right now, but I'd love to travel more, especially to other countries.
