Welcome to Problematic Clothing, shirts created for people who will probably never change the world. At its core, Problematic Clothing is designed in an attempt to take the current state of street wear to a new and different direction. Who says you need over-sized, diamond studded shirts in order to be part of street culture? The beauty of streetwear is that it has no face, shape, or form. One's imagination can take streetwear into a million different directions, and we try to do just that.
Our goal is to provide clothing inspired by everyday events and objects in our lives, as well as the lives of our friends and families.
So what is the meaning behind Problematic Clothing? Well, the answer to that is simple and complicated at the same time. Some of us are slackers and super lazy, some of us are skaters, some of us are musicians. Some of us enjoy rap music, some of us enjoy playing the guitar. Some of us paint, some of us do graffiti, and some of us spend our time doing community work. Regardless of who you are and what you do, you contribute to your neighborhood and those around you whether you know it or not (yes, even you slackers contribute by showing life isn’t one giant boot camp!).
We're not your typical clothing line. We're not trying to overthrow the government or make any rash political statements. We're not going to magically show people the light by selling them t-shirts like some other companies claim. We will, however, give you something fun to look forward to. That's why we have created the world of Scary Larry which you can read about in the blog above. We are not here to just sell you a bunch of shirts, but rather offer a one of a kind experience. We hope you enjoy everything as much as we enjoyed putting it all together.
