Who and what the hell Dog With Human Skills? At first it might seem like something Keith Richards would've quite wastedly embroidered on a wall adjacent to a 70's backstage-toilet, but think again. Maybe it's something just slightly more interesting than that - a band sounding like Foo Fighters and Franz Ferdinand running into each other on the pub-deck of the Titanic before it sank; the musical result being a bunch of sick ideas put together at the afterparty-jam with The Strokes and Biffy Clyro. Dog With Human Skills pack that smashing indie punch, but with a unique, alternative twist; Riveting, heavy riffy danceables, soaring synths and catchy vocals with more hooks than an icelandic whaling vessel. Now doesn't that sound pretty damn exciting?
"Loud and powerful, great vocals and boy do they know how to move it when they play. They had the audience with them all the way and they turned up the power and fired that music right bang into the arms of the crowd. This Band were last on and still at 1am or thereabouts the place was pretty full of those that wanted a taste of real down-your-throat and in-your-head music. These boys are clever, they are immensely talented and they know how to put on a show. Great instrumentation drives the music at a pace of knots, no let up, intense sound and the crowd are asking for more. Did they ever wanna go home? I think not!
