I started taking guitar courses as a student of Andreas Georgiou in Athens(GR) in 1998 and continued under his wing until early 2000 that i left Greece to move to Germany to continue my musical studies with David Becker(David Becker Tribune,University of Southern California Teacher).
In Germany i studied Jazz Studio Guitar and theory, building up my musical knowledge and expanding my arranging possibilities.
Later on, i moved back to Greece to do some vocal studies and to study in a very unfortunate private school of recording that is also in a co-operation with an English University.
I also begun to be particularly interested in the sound as a phenomenon and i started recording an manipulating in very primitive ways with no editing tools at all and i started integrating it in my music.
In addition to those i started picking up weird and unusual instruments as well, to name a few : Theremin, Musical Saw and as an extension to my sampling madness i usually make an instrument out of anything that produces a sound.
For the past years I am the lead guitar for the band W.E.B. that i exclusively did the tracking and sound engineering for the upcoming album ''Jesus Heist'' as well as 1/3 of the production of the CD and orchestration of the final product.
In 2006 i was offered an endorsement deal from Revenant Custom Guitars(USA) i built my first exclusively custom guitar and i also endorse Koch Amplifiers.
As of December 2007 i am also a certified Pro Tools HD7 Operator with extended training on on Icon systems.
March 2008 was an amazing experience as well, as i worked FOH for Den Saakaldte at Inferno Festival in Norway, Oslo and among with the bands’
performance and show we got lines like ‘’sounded big’’, ‘’majestic’’,
‘’was it stupid or brilliant? I say Brilliant !!!’’.
