From F-Body (1967-2002)to the Zeta Body (2006-Present) Zeta was the original name for General Motors' full-size rear-wheel drive automobile platform. The architecture was engineered by Holden of Australia and was most recently referred to as the "Global RWD Architecture". The GM Zeta replaced the Australian V-body and was considered as the replacement for the North American W, H, and K platforms after 2010. As of 3 September 2008 all future model work on the Zeta program has been abandoned, that is, work on it at GM Holden has ceased and it has not been transferred elsewhere. The Chevrolet Camaro is the only North American Zeta model to go into production................................... Development was started in late 1999 by Holden of Australia in order to replace the aging V-body platform underpinning their Commodore VT-VZ platform after sister division Opel announced that the Opel Omega (on which the Commodore was based) would be discontinued. Principal development on the VE Commodore was completed by July 2004 at a cost of approaching AU$ 1,000,000,000 and the first testing mules underwent trials later that year. General Motors global corporate headquarters took notice of the VE design and began studies on the utilization of the underlying architecture (internally christened Zeta by GM engineers) for a range of future products on a global scale. The idea of Zeta as a global platform was officially revived when GM announced the future Camaro would use the Zeta platform........................... The Zeta architecture is very flexible and can accommodate a wide variety of automotive design features such as wheelbase length, ride height, windshield rake and roof line. Zeta's suspension system is all wheel independent and utilizes a MacPherson strut coupled with a dual ball joint lower A-arm for the front and a four link independent setup for the rear wheels. The engine is mounted slightly behind the front axle giving improved weight distribution.................................. I Love You Kim...>< My oldest son Zach is enlisting in the Air Force...I could not be prouder of my son...He has turned his life around so much..still a typical teenager..he knows all..but I love him...I hope him serving our country will bring us closer...I missed alot with him while he was growing up...I can not change the past but I can change the future...I am and always will be here for him ...I love you Zach...>< My Youngest son Quentin is awesome as well...He is into ants, hamsters and he loves his cats....He is kicking ass in school....A's and B's...He is growing to become a helluva kid...he is an easy going kid and takes after his dad..and loves the Muscle Cars as well...hes still pissed at me for giving up my 1970 Skylark last year...I had to sell her to make my bills due to layoffs...Its been 5 months...it sucks...I love you Quentin...you will always be my little guy...>< Courtney is my step daughter....she is a very typical teenager...she knows all but truly nothing...She will change down the road...we just have hope she will see the path of love and caring...She is doing ok ...I get on her alot but if I didnt love her I wouldnt care...I love her like one of my own and she has alot of potential...in the long run she will come to her own...Love you Court...>< My youngest step child Brenton is a cool little kid...Hes my other A's and B's little man...He loves his games...he can run circles around me....He never knew his real father but has latched on to me and calls me and tells his friends that Im his Dad..That is a tremendous Honor...I am really hard on him alot..He will understand down the road..That I really Love him and he his part of my life 4-Ever...I love you Brenton...>The CARS ARE AWESOME in this video!!!!3rd GENERATION TRIBUTE(From YOUTUBE)4th GENERATION LS1 TRIBUTE(FROM YOUTUBE)
