Jay Sombrarse is a name that will soon be on the lips of every soulful house music lover. Since embarking on his musical journey as a drummer at the age of 10, Jay has been involved in many different music projects from drumming in a funk/soul band to hip hop/house producer, DJ and has also been heavily involved in the Sydney house music scene.Jay recently became involved with one of Sydneys premier house music club night - "SHE" (Soulful House Experience) - which has attracted some of the worlds leading house DJs and Producers including Joey Negro, Marshall Jefferson, Timmy Vegas, Richard Earnshaw, Ron Carroll, Matt Caseli, Nicky Siano, Groove Junkies and many more!Following the growth of SHE Promotions in late 2007 and the growing demand of soulful house music in the Sydney dance scene, the need for a Sydney Soulful House record label became imperative and with that came the birth of "SHE Recordings".Jay has recently written and produced the first track to be signed by SHE Recordings ("Never Let Me Know") and has since gone on to work on some amazing house tracks for an upcoming SHE Music compalation CD with Richard Earnshaw, Timmy Vegas, Graham Cordery and Tony Vass (to be released late 2008).
