Smile Vienna is an event forum initiated on April 24th 2007 by "creative entertainers". These consist three individuals who live and work in Vienna, Austria. Dj Buju from Gambia, Dj Lady Soul from Austria and Ghettoman from Biafra. Also included is a good friend from Greece who left Austria and lives in Auckland, Australia. His name is Dj Kosta.
We hereby want to reach the youth with a positive message of our days and trying to solve the strong and the greatest problem facing the youths in our society today. This includes drugs, alcohol, crime and violence, depression coming from what people call misplacement of priorities.
We are working hand in hand to redirect the youths who have gone astray to the normal living directions and to create mutual understanding among the people living in Austria and the whole wild world. It had been said that a richman,s wealth is his strong city so let make Vienna/Austria a great and peaceful place for the people of our time... men, women and children.
Smile Vienna is an avenue of happiness, It’s a time to appreciate all the good things which nature God and the people have giving to us and to put a smile upon our faces love, peace, togetherness and equality for all because Vienna is the most beautiful city in the world and also the peaceful.
We also would like to use this media to educate the people on how and what they think about Reggae music and Rastaman. Reggae music is simply music of justice and peace, freedom and equality and there is no connection of reggae music with herb but people live their lives the way they want it.
We also would like to inform the the public that not every blackman is a drug dealer and not every white man is a drug consumer therefore we need respect for eachother and want to live in harmony.
This year Smile Vienna will be on 7th of June 2008. We are going to feature Artists from different parts of the world to show the importance of togetherness among ourselves.
We love you, Vienna and we love all the youths and the massive JAH guide and protect you all.
