Has over 18 years of experience in the culinary arts. From 90 to 92, Eric attended Audubon College in New Orleans for culinary arts, where he began his career as pastry chef at Kolb’s a German Restaurant in 92. From 95 to 00, Chef Campbell served as Head Pastry Chef in an Italian Restaurant, where he won numerous awards and accolades. Throughout his career, Eric has assisted in the recovery of troubled restaurants in various cities. In September 06 Chef Campbell received his Masters of The Arts Degree. Chef Campbell has been heralded as the Crème de la Crème of gourmet cooking. Chef Campbell prepares his dishes with exquisite flair and flavor all of which embraces his very natural aura as Chef Extraordinaire. A New Orleans native, Chef Campbell was reared on Southern, French, Creole, and Cajun Cuisines. Although he still remains true to his roots, Chef Campbell’s masterful culinary repertoire includes Southwestern and Italian cuisines. It is a joy to watch Chef Campbell display his culinary skills, however, the greatest joy is eating his delicious foods. Chef Campbell engages in the pleasure of cooking for Professional Athletes, Doctors, Lawyers, Politicians and Celebrities. At request, Eric was honored to prepare his exquisite cuisines and desserts for the Princess of Saudi Arabia. For Chef Campbell, the ultimate challenge is to have a syndicated food show, and to have Uprightfoods products sold locally and abroad.
