A long, long, long time ago during a lunch break in the office, Mista YA and Mista C were sitting at the table eating sandwiches and drinking coffee, when they noticed that Mista U was trying to come up with some syncopated rhythm hitting the newspaper spread on the table with two chocolate bars bought in SPAR. Mista C, with his mouth full of coffee, subconsciously started imitating prepared piano sounds gurgling 'phhhluuum, thagha uughrrg phhhluuum, phluum, thagghka, tida, plum' spitting out coffee on Mista YA. Mista YA realizing that the birth of the musical phenomenon had just taken place started conducting Mista C and Mista U with his white baguette filled with chicken, butter and Greek salad. Dazzled by the experience, Mista YA, Mista C and Mista U decided to rehearse very hard, day after day, lunch after lunch. One day, Mista S intrigued by the sort of the Night of the Living Dead final scene noises that were coming out from the opposite room, decided to check what was going on there before calling the Gardai. Surprised by Mista S’s unexpected visit – who was now staring with his mouth and eyes wide open at the chunks of chicken, Greek salad, coffee puddles, and chocolate splattered on the office floor – Mista YA, Mista C and Mista U stopped rehearsing and looked at each other blushing with embarrassment. When the silence become very inconvenient and Mista S looked as if he had forgotten to breathe – his mouth and eyes still wide open – Mista U said ‘Fancy a chocolate bar?’ ‘You bet’ said Mista S who came to senses, grabbed the chocolate bar and joined in.
