Myspace EditorFor those that have health issues and/or having a difficult time losing weight please continue reading:About 5 years ago I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. I was on medication for a year and the stomach ulcer disappeared. I was then told I have IBS. My stomach was in so much turmoil that at the end of every night I looked like I was 9 months pregnant. I went to see my family doctor who put me on more medication but that didn't help. I was gaining weight at rapid rates. I could eat celery all day long and still gain weight. I was referred by 3 people to go see this particular doctor who practices Chinese medicine. Boy did she ever open my eyes. She ran a whole series of tests on me and found that my nutrient levels were severly deficient. She told me that I have a disease called "leaky gut" and diabetes. Leaky gut causes your intestines to spring small holes and allows all good and bad things to go throughout your entire body. I was put on an extremely strict diet and given enzymes (enzymes help to aid in the absorption of nutrients). Did you know that a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, soy and milk are actually bad for you? Milk is considered a white poison. I was told to eat a lot of eggs as that will aid in losing weight. I went back to see her a week later with amazing results. At that time she ran a series of allergy tests. I found that a lot of food that I thought were good for me were actually causing a majority of my problems. Not only did I find I was allergic to eggs (both the white and yolk) (remember...she encouraged me to eat eggs and I was eating 2 a day for lunch), I also found out I was allergic to milk, casein (found in milk), peanuts and cauliflower. No wonder my throat felt like it was closing anytime I had a dairy product. It's time for me to make another appointment to have my nutrient levels checked and I'm hoping those numbers have improved. Please don't take pity on me because that's not why I'm writing this today. I'm feeling a million times better. I have dropped a lot of weight and haven't been this size since I was age 18. I'm on healthy natural medicines that don't have all those side effects that prescription drugs can cause. The reason I'm writing this is to encourage anyone with any health issues to have your nutrient levels checked and have allergy testing. Here's to your health. ;-) Wow, it's been a long time since I've been online. Computer died about 2 years ago and I've been internet burned out and in no rush to get the computer fixed. At this point it's probably better to just go out and buy a new one. Anyway, sorry to those I haven't stayed in touch with. I will be back one of these days. Hope all is well with everyone.I'm a 41 year old married female with 4 children. I live in the Northeastern boonies of Ohio. I was born and raised in Delaware and have been living in Ohio for the past 9 years. I'm a simple kind of gal who actually hates to shop. I'm far from materialistic and find it's not necessary to keep up with the "Jones'." I'm a firm believer that life is what you make of it and only you have the power to change what you don't like. I'll add more to this once I get past this brain fart! Update: Still haven't gotten past the brain fart!

No

One simple word has so many meanings.  My thought process tells me "No" means no, i.e., to reject, refuse approval, or express disapproval of.  It's unbelievable the number of people that tr...
