I had a goal of working them until they were ready for ear play, and then start performing again.This lasted about 6 months before the live bug bit, and I was soon playing acoustic sets, where I discovered a new sense of freedom - I could control all the experimentation and feed soley off the audience for criticism.Through all of this, I played under different names - Down 6, Joe Joe Joe, Tighter Please - before creating Covercharge. Many people ask why, and the answer is always the same; interpretation is up to the individual so I'll let you decide.After building a small fan base, I hit the studio again with renewed passion, and have not come out until now. With over 20 solid songs and over 100 (and counting) still in progress, I have released "The Surgeon Stitch" EP which is currently doing the A & R rounds and is being distributed to anyone who will take a copy.In the meantime, support Covercharge through MTV Kickstart and let's change the world.
