FRED and ETHEL

About Me

FRED and ETHEL (Tom Janezic and Jude Kinnear) rock the stage with a performance unrivaled for its contagious energy, relentless rhythmic guitar, flawless harmony, quirky hot licks, and off the cuff nature. Tom and Jude's voices are spontaneous, powerful, and blend together perfectly with an inimitable way of conveying mood and feeling into the songs they perform.

FRED and ETHEL have "toured" endlessly for over 15 years, performing at coffeehouses, cafes, churches, pubs, bars, taverns, sidewalk sales, marketplaces, restaurants, biker parties, yuppie parties, hippie parties, fun parties, not so fun parties, on radio, on tv and even on stages - including Shank Hall in Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Zoo Ala Carte, Summerfest and Wisconsin State Fair.
FRED and ETHEL have released two albums including one with a rock band and recently finished recording their third cd. The harmonically inclined couple have been nominated twice for the Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) Folk Artist of the Year. FRED and ETHEL have also shared the stage with many musicians including The Bel Airs, Kevn Kinney, Paul Kemnitz, Todd Snider, The Radiators and Bo Diddley.
