Pumpkin Risotto with seared Sea Scallops with an orange miso glaze.
2nd Course.
Fall Greens with cranberries, fresh harvest apples, and toasted spicy pumpkin seeds with a crumbled Maytag blue cheese dressing.
3rd Course.
Braised beef Short Ribs, maple honey glaze, roasted fall root vegetables, Butternut squash Souffle.
4th Course.
Pumpkin Cheesecake.
