We're proud to be the first animal rights group in AK! Animal rights is a community issue; we would like to unite Alaskans with animal welfare and animal rights resources. Our goal is to galvanize more Alaskans into action by adopting ideas such as returning to a subsitstence lifestyle, rejecting factory farms, not buying meat at grocery stores/fastfood restaurants (suffering is a result of putting barcodes on animal life), being responsible guardians for companion animals by spay and neutering and not chaining, stop the sensless overbreeding of sled dogs, tackle the wolf population control issue and explore ways Alaskans can end animal cruelty. Together we can create sustainable living without leaving negativity in our wake. It's not neccessary for humans to step on other beings to survive. Stay tuned for a variety of creative campaigns.
