Ive been rhymin since 1985,when RUN-D.M.C. were clearly the kings of this rap shit hands down.Whodini was good for Five Minutes of Funk,Def Jams young prince L.L. Cool J was on the Radio tip,UTFO had sparked a craze with the Roxanne Roxanne record,every boy my age was wishin that Lisa Lisa would take them home & Doug E. Fresh was rockin The Show with emcee Ricky D on the mic & Teddy Riley on the keys.It would take another year for MTV to co-sign Hip Hop of any kind.Meanwhile 1580 KDAY kept the hood informed on all things fresh. My first rap name was Boy Blue simply because blue was my favorite color at the time.Then I changed it to Tony B. because Anthony is my middle name & the B was for Bronson which was the name of my street that we also call B avenue.Two years later I chose to be called Hitman.I spelled it the right way at first but later added another T once I had a meaning for my name.Back in 87 alot of dope emcees names had a definition to further explain their being. For example Rakim the GOD also went by RA which was short for Rakim Allah as well as the R switch it around it still come out AR or R.The KANE in Big Daddys name stood for King Asiatic Nobodys Equal.While L.L. Cool J stood for Ladies Love Cool James,they did then & still do 23 years later.BDPs frontman KRS-ONE was known as the teacher & his name means Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Every One which he reveals in a song on the Criminal Minded album called Elementary. So here I am at Mt.Vernon Jr. High a.k.a Mt. Vicious (now called Johnnie L. Cochran Middle School) bullshittin in my 3rd period classs & it jus came to me.Boom, Hyped Invincible Tongue Talents Make All Nervous.Please note that slang in those days was changin like every couple of months like Fresh became Def,then that became Stoopid,then that became Dope & after dope was Hype.So thats where the Hyped in my name came from.The Invincible described my attitude about life at the time.I honestly felt like nothin could happen to me despite all that was goin on around me (I grew up in BPSN hood).By the time I was 19 so many dudes had bit the dust that I no longer felt invincible.I was on the other hand becoming very intense with the rhyme skills,I wrote a minimum of 8 hours a day so Highly Intensive kindly replaced the Hyped Invincible.Tongue Talents is my way of sayin gift of gab & Making All Nervous is self explanatory.In the past powerful people have gone out of their way to silence me & what I have to say.But thanx to this digital age "it will all be explained like instuctions to a game".In the last days you will witness Highly Intensive Tongue Talent Making All Nervous-H.
