The Bo Dudleys

About Me

High energy Rock ’n Roll and Ragtime Boogie-Woogie at full tilt including songs by artists as diverse as Jerry Lee Lewis, Garth Brooks, Bob Dylan and Michael Jackson!.

Expect them to be loud; expect them to be raucous … but with surprisingly delicate touches of musicianship ensuring that harmonies and melodies are never lost in the mayhem of Rock ’n Roll.
The Bo Dudleys take their audience on a rollercoaster ride as they play their own brand of Rock ’n Roll loaded with drive and enthusiasm – guaranteed to liven up the party with their musical and visual performance.
QB Slim, stomping, swaggering frontman, Snake Oil salesman and part-time superstar, belts out the blues and rollicking rock 'n' roll classics in an authentic whiskey soaked, nicotine stained growl one minute then spills his heart out in a sweet and soulful ballad the next, only pausing to crack jokes and offer his judgement on all things weird and wonderful.
Guitar Boogie pirate The Crow throws down some of the best goddamn blues and boogie riffage you're likely to hear this side of Keef Richards, and when he ain't shakin' his ass and riffin' up a storm he's wringing the life out of his Gibson Les Paul with such raw emotion and powerful precision you'll be on your knees in sheer bloody admiration.
Ant "Professor Short-hair" Jones is a piano slapping maniac of the highest calibre. Thrills and spills and fortissimo trills, while that left hand rolls like thunder, building up the excitement to fever pitch 'til he can't hold back any longer. Over goes the stool and before you know it he's beating that piana into submission before stomping those keys and riding that thing into the ground. Hallelujah!!!
And then there's Richard and Terry, like musical steam engine stokers, pounding away stoically while all around them descends into madness, keeping the groove alive come what may. Cool as ice, hard as nails and as solid as a rock. Unflappable. Unstoppable. Unbelievable!
Go see them and and experience for yourself the Bo Dudleys patented Boogie-Woogie cure-all remedy, guaranteed to ease your ills, lose your blues, pep you up and shine your shoes!!!
MUSICAL EMBROCATION FOR EVERY OCCASION!
