About Me

Granddaughter of the director John Ford. Entrepreneur and film producer. Work mostly with high quality indie films. Like John Ford, I like to break stereotypes, and show another angle on how people relate to each other. Stagecoach is a picture that really shows human dynamics, and Ford made that back in the 1930's. The Searchers gave us a view of racial hate and compassion too.I love to film in black and white, and enjoy an old fashioned stylized approach. Old movies are a lot of fun to watch and are not caught up in realism as we have today (of course there's exceptions). I like to do suspense, comedy, adventure and sci fi. I like things to so with the other world, omens and such. But there is one thing I do not condone, and is thrasher films, and blood and guts for the sake of blood and guts. I see these films mainly 'victim films'. Now violence and blood is in place in a good war movie, and then I have no issue. I would like to revive westerns and sci fi.I also do a lot photography and build montages. I also like to interview unusual people. My suggestion is to carry a camera with you at all times and capture things and people.I'm all about bring grace and elegance back into the world.

I have friends there, and one came home to no lights and water, but his house is still there. The big easy is a city with great American culture and history. And as a nation we can't afford to ignore the green path. Even my conservative friends are doing green things as the reality sinks in.
