I am completely new to the Myspace world! Nevertheless, I am excited about being here and meeting new friends. Without apology, I am a leader, unique, distinctively different and necessary! God has graced me with a Sweet Spirit and a passion for His people. I haven't met anyone who smiles more than me...that's just the way I am wired. LOL My mandate is to equip the saints according to Ephesians 4:11-13. The assignment is not and has not been easy. In fact, I've cried many, many tears. But God is FAITHFUL and I've learned to endure hardness as a good soldier and cast the whole of my cares upon Him because He cares. I unmarried and loving this time to pamper myself! My goal to obtain my Doctorate in Divinity. I must stay focused to achieve it in my desired time frame. Here is a little bit of my formal bio---Nicole Barnes is a native of Louisville, KY and was raised in Shepherd Square housing projects by her God-fearing mother, the Late Ruby D. Harmon. While in high school, she acknowledged her call to ministry. Her pastor affirmed the call and allowed her to preach her first sermon at the tender age of 17. (A lot happened in between here) Now, a well respected woman of God, she preaches an uncompromising, honest and enthusiastic Word that is changing lives for the better as sons and daughters are being reconciled back to the Father. Through the power of the Holy Ghost, she took her life back from the clutches of control, manipulation, intimidation, spiritual abuse and oppression! Now more effective in the Kingdom, her passion is Christ’s commission as outlined in Matthew 28:19, 20, as well as perfecting the saints according to Ephesians 4:11-14.
