Richard Phillips A.k.a. Richest is a born Claridonian and a grown Montegonian, he grew up in flankers ST, James. While residing in flankers in his young days Richest was a church goer, he was a member of the church choir and he also played the drums.
Richest went to the Flankers all age and primary school in his district then ventured off to Anchovy High School where he discovered his magnificent talent and took it very seriously. However, Richest have been writing his own songs since the sixth grade, at first form in high school he started doing stage shows in various parishes across Jamaica.
He was inspired by the great Bob Marley, Sizzla and the teacher Vybz Kartel.
The d.j. enjoys chilling with his family and friends, also the d.j. enjoys reading and studying various subjects.
He is currently heading for the top by doing some positive work with Sniper Records, Big Ship etc.
