The four members of 80-D are known throughout Phoenix for their driving, aggressive, high energy mixture of punk infused rock. The feel of their music, as well as their live show, is a fierce combination of gritty guitar, raging vocals, melodic bass and furious drums that come together to create an overall feeling of urgency. Since 2000, they have been playing the southwest with their unique brand of rock, inciting chaos through music.
80-D has shared stages with national acts such as; S.N.F.U., Clutch, D.D. Ramone, and The Dickies, as well as regional and local acts like Authority Zero, Redfield, and Last Action Zeros. 80-D has independently produced and released three records: thier 2001 debut EP "Shut Up and Listen", followed by the 2003 full length "Keepin' it Surreal", and the 2005 EP "Preserving Disorder".The band has also been featured on the bestselling AZpunk.comp volumes I, II and III. In addition they have also been played on the phoenix radio station 103.9 the Edge’s "Ska-Punk Night" hosted by Craven Morehead.
