O le susuga ia Su'a Loli Keli is originated from Vaipu'a Savai'i in the samoan archipelago.
He started his activity as a tattooist in 1987. Since then he hasn't stop improving his art and he's at the moment one of the most popular tattooists in Samoa.
He has been taught the art and ritual of samoan tattooing during his service with Su'a Sulu'ape Petelo and Su'a Fa'alavelave Vitale.
