Green Sweater Society - (On Your College Radio)

About Me

Simply put Green Sweater Society likes to rock, and they feel they've failed if they haven't got the crowd moving or wringing the sweat from their own shirts. They have one desire and that is to share their own breed of loud, fun, catchy, music with the people that want to hear it.
Green Sweater Society has pulled musical influences from every aspect of rock’s history, sometimes described as a mash of Weezer, REM, and Panic! At The Disco. Their refreshing rock music stands out with clear vocals and harmonies, soaring over powerful rhythms.
Green Sweater Society has been previously known around the twin cities as the tight folk rock trio, Running Down Renee, established back in 2004. With a drastic change to their lineup, and their music following suit, a new name with their first public release is more than appropriate.
