Donald Hugh Henley (born July 22, 1947 in Gilmer, Texas) is a musician/songwriter, husband and father of 3 young kids.
Don Henley is a member of the rock band "The Eagles".
After the Eagles broke up in 1980, Don started with his solo work.
In 1982 he released his first album;
"I Can't Stand Still".
Two years after that album Don finished his second album "Building The Perfect Beast", the single "The Boys Of Summer" stood at the first place on Billboard.
"The End Of The Innocence" was Don his last solo album for a long time, he released that album in 1989.
In 1994 Don and his fiancée Sharon Summerall moved back to their home state: Texas.
In that same year Don came back with his band members of the Eagles for a tour:
"When the Hell Freezes Over".
After the Eagles finished the tour Don married Sharon on May 20th, 1995 in Malibu, California.
In 1995 Don released the album "Actual Miles: Henley's Greatest Hits" included with two new songs and a bonus track.
In December 1995 Don become father of a daughter: Annabel.
In February 1998 Don and Sharon welcomed a son: Will
And in March 2000 their youngest daughter came: Sophie
We have respect for Don and his family, and that's the reason why we won't post their full birthdates
Don released in 2000 his last solo album (for now) "Inside Job".
An album with 13 songs, included the hits as: "Taking You Home" and "Everything Is Different Now".
In 2000 Don toured with his band through America.
He called the tour "Live Inside Job".
That tour is also available on DVD.
