About Me
My life consists of …
… five more minutes of sleep to ease the thought of reality away, screwdrivers being inserted into screws to remove broken computer parts, sliding credit cards at gas station pumps to get three hundred more miles of driving bliss, speeding tickets that take away my funds for shiny objects, stormy emotions in sunny days but calm thoughts as storms pass through, taking time to juggle my addictions within a twenty four hour period, random bag checks where I empty out my pride and expectations, having a devil-may-cry attitude with my heart on my sleeve, tearing down my walls with bloody fists so that you can get to know me better, double clicking on life’s quirks but always getting an error message, doing two and a half turns to make a u-turn but having to do a three point turn, making sure my friends stay close but my enemies remain closer, hooking up as many speakers to the center portion of my life and cranking up the volume to drown out reality, keeping my eyes half opened to those who shouldn’t get the best of me, creating thoughts so that my loved ones stay rich in hopes and dreams, pastaing red sauce with a nice bottle of wine, having a day where I get nothing in return but gain the most knowledge and experience, keeping the friendship between engine and transmission alive with every turn of the key, sidewalks covered in cigarette butts in front of a pub, exhaust fumes hugging around my body telling me that everything is going to be OK, hangovers leading to hang up which make me dial back into where I should be in life …
... but I strive for perfection around every corner I turn, under every stone that I kick, inside each roll of film, inside every computer tower that I open, with every smudge that I clean off, in every microfiber towel that own, with every apex that I hit, with every letter that I write, in every bottle that I drink, inside shot glass that I slam down, inside every thought that comes from having a cigarette, with every document that comes out of my printer, with every f-stop that I set, inside every object that I pound my fist into, within every drop of blood that hits the concrete ...
... but I consider myself a down to earth guy that sometimes has way too much time; who is shy around the edges but has a good conversation dying to come out.
