I am a martial artist. I have been blessed to have trained in a variety of martial arts styles and met many wonderful people along the way. I trained in Kodokan Judo as a youngster with Mr. Loren Bentley. I trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Tim Cartmell of Shen Wu MMA. I have trained in Fu Jow Pai Kung Fu with Mr. Bruce Capin. I have trained in Kendo with Mr. Ken Kubo. I have had the privilage to meet many masters of the martial arts and many future masters.
