Woody Lingle

Woody has performed or recorded w/ everyone from Steve Wariner to Richie Cole, from EmmyLou Harris to Liberace, including Gary Puckett/ Ricky Van Shelton/ Leslie Mills/ Ty Herndon/ Margaret Becker/ Charlie Peacock/ Susan Ashton/ Out of the Grey/ Minnie Murphy/ Chet Atkins/ Bill Anderson/ Deborah Allen, and on and on. He wrote for TV’s "Guiding Light" and "As the World Turns", played on the 1998 CMA Song of the Year, "Holes In The Floor Of Heaven" by Steve Wariner. Woody is a multi-talented Bassist/ Artist/ Arranger/ Producer/ Writer living in Nashville, TN and working in all genres including Jazz/ Pop/ Country/ Latin. A true Jazzer at heart, he has a Pop sensibility. A North Texas State University Alum, he also played w/ the NTSU One O’clock Lab Band, recording "Lab ’80".
