I grew up with my mum blasting Sade and Terence Trent D'arby on the stereo and therefore had soul music planted in to my DNA. Started playing guitar properly aged 16 as well as learning to produce music and tried to craft my own kind of acoustic soul. Artists like D'angelo, Dwele, Corinne Bailey Rae and Robin Thicke have certainly influenced my sound. However most importantly I have tried to capture feelings or experiences I have had within my music.
