My names manda and i've been told that i'm "Sinning and going to hell." I am an artist, a visual learner, and a vigilant thinker. I am a Music Performance Major and I don't just play music i live it. I have an outrageous passion for metal and ink, I currently have ten piercings and two tattoos. All of my body mods mean something to me. I consider body modification to be one of the most beautiful forms of self expression and I don't expect everyone to understand that, but I do expect them to at least try. I grew up in a house where it was do or die and that is how I live. Everything we ever do will rely at least partially on chance, and I intend to take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way, no matter the risk.
Life is not a race, not a game, but a song in progress. In every life there is a happy sound and a sad sound, a high pitch and a low pitch, There is a repeated chorus and a solo verse. There are deleted lines, and lines squeezed in, names put in and names removed. There are faces remembered and numbers forgotten. Yes life is a song in process and it is our responsibility to decide if it is a simple beat or a miraculous symphony.
In Life I was blessed with two outstanding gifts; musicianship, and my friends. I spend 80 percent of my day with my friends and I honestly miss them for the other 20 percent. My friends in a lot of ways take the place of my family in my heart and because of that I would do anything for them. Without Kourtney, Nick, Shanika, Leslie, Hennah, Matt, Gordon, Craig, and Rono (to name a few) I wouldn't have been able to make it through my freshman year of college! I love you guys, I can't wait for next semester!!!
