Television:

The simpsons, almost all shows on MTV, same for B.E.T,sports, matlock, wayans brothers, basketball, the wire, David letterman, attack of the show, and once in a while lifetime when i need a good laugh

Books:

I have not read any books recently but i do read alot of poetry, i find reading helps to calm your mind and soul, so for those out there stressed out "pick up a BOOK" :-)
