In October of 2007, I had a tattoo inked on top of each foot. The right foot has a Hurricane symbol, and the left foot has a Sun.As long as I can remember I loved being barefoot and today I'm no different. The Hurricane represents the stormy days we face, and the sun are the days that are almost perfect.This was to remind me that we have to continue to move forward even through the storms in our lives.In January of 2008 the phrase "Your Life is Now", was incorporated into my thoughts. Which added a new outlook in my life.When that Hurricane of life is hitting you with everything she's got, why not remember "Your Life is Now", and handle it with faith and confidence.As well as when those days seem like they can't get much brighter, why not remember "Your Life is Now" and Give thanks and a have a smile ready for the next person.As time went by and long walks on the beach with my daughter filled with talks of life, and questions only a ten year old girl could ask, it became clear on what to do next.The next logical move was to share this idea of attitude with others. So came the Logo for for Riptide Clothing Company.
