Genocider [split up]

The idea of Genocider was presented by vocalist Reinhardt on november 15th in 2007 but at this point without a name for it. Right at the same day guitarist Gerrit "Gerre" spoke out his interest in a traditonally styled thrash band. A few days later Hannes "The Destroyer" joined the band while Reinhardt and Hannes were totaly drunk and talked about band projects. Yet just a few weeks later the guitar tracks for the first two songs were developped. But it took its time until the middle of december to find a drummer, when friend and actual guitarist Sturm offered his deeds while sitting drunk in the local metal pub. Shortly before Sturm joined the band, Gerre, Hannes and Reinhardt decided Genocider to be the name of this project. Since that day some rehearsals have been hold and work on actually 4 songs has started. On april 2th in 2008 we were offered a rehearsal room by an other local band who needed held to pay the rent. So we arranged a meeting dated on april 5th, but the offering band was just kicked out on april 4th. On june 17th we could finally find a rehearsal room and regular practicing started on july 3th. Since then we have played a couple of very exciting shows and are looking forward to the near and far future.
