The Black Horse of Revelation goes electric!(finally.)
Ben Thompson is a guitar and bass player from Glens Falls, NY. He met Curt Degroatt, singer and bass player from Connecticut by way of Granville, NY, through a mutual friend. They became friends and started the hardcore band Guillotine Idols. Ben then left the band, which later went on hiatus, then broke up. By a bizarre coincidence, both Ben and Curt decided they wanted to start a mostly acoustic punk-tinged folk band, which led to very unfolk experimentations in thrashy, artiness, and the subsequent name change.
