A new band and a new name. Out of the ashes of Ska'd For Life, has come The Mighty Offbeats. A new vibratant band playing some real cool ska, and some real cool new ska too. The core of Ska'd For Life, Lee - Vocals, Harmonica, percussion, Tone - Guitar, vocals, and Tony - drums, have been joined by Selwyn - Bass, Cookie - Keyboards, Sandra - Sax, Nathan - Trombone, Sally - Trumpet, vocals.The band, after only 3 gigs, had one of their live shows on the radio and also on the internet too. The band are getting stronger and stronger with every gig. Playing a mixture of covers by bands like Bad Manners, The Beat, The Selecter and mixing it with their own originals makes for a real top night.Please get in touch with us if you would like a good skanking night.
