About Me

J. Nemec: funk/folk/blues bass player gone guitar-man and singer; my resume includes the Northeast Ohio bands Lost, Shot of M, and Pull, as well as the Boston-based trio Roosevelt Jones and the Hard Feelings. I'll be releasing a new CD, "Say Goodnight to Central Square," on April 17th, 2009 at The Middle East. This album was recorded with James D'Amico and mastered by Jeff Lipton, and I'm pretty damn pleased with it. In the week leading up to the release show, you'll be able to purchase the album on iTunes by searching "J. Nemec & James D'Amico."For those of you (like me) who still dig the physicality of having a album and its artwork in your hands, feel free to email me at [email protected] and I can send a disc along in the mail. All songs Copyright 2005, 2007, 2008 Jason Nemec.
