Wayne Manor is a private digital recording studio owned and operated by local recording artist S.Collins, along with recording artist Truth (I.Carson). Located near Rolling Acres Mall, in Akron, Wayne Manor specializes in Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Digital Production, Voice-Overs, and Vocal Tracking. The studio is attatched to the Gotham City Entertainment office, and is an extremely secluded and highly secure Pro Tools recording facility.
We pledge to deliver a high value to our client's dollar. While small in size and staff, our location provides local artists with a top-notch industry equivelant sound, comfortable and artistic environment, and affordable rates. Monitored at all times by surveillance cameras and security system, our location also provides artists with a safe and private recording atmosphere. Stepping into the studio at Wayne Manor means leaving the day-to-day struggles behind, and entering an artistic and productive environment. With our Pro Tools digital workstation, custom built Vocal Booth, and Producer/DJ friendly Production Area, our clients have an arsenal of tools at their disposal to complete their projects from start to finish.
Studio Rules/Rates/Procedures

Hourly Rate - $30/hr
5 Hour Block - $125 (25/hr)
10 Hour Block - $200 (20/hr)
10+ Hours - Call For Pricing
All sessions include 2 CD-R's. (Additional CD's $1 - DVD's $2)
Mixes
Upon recording vocals, your engineer will use any remaining studio time left, that you've booked, to apply a brief mix to your session, and allow you to leave with a 2-Track bounce. Should you require further on-site mixing, please book adequate studio time. We offer a flat-rate mix service for $50, which includes a Full Mix, Show Mix, Radio-Edit, and 2 CD's. Rules
There is a (1) hour minimum for all sessions. Sessions must be paid for, and scheduled in advance, prior to recording. Your booked studio time begins at the time scheduled. As a courtesy, we will allow a 5-10 minute grace period if reasonable notice is given. If you're late, or need to re-schedule, please contact your engineer, and/or our owners via the email or phone number listed. If you abuse our engineer's, client's, or studio's time or resources, you will be denied future service. Due to size restraints, no more than (4) people may be present during a session. We recommend bringing a personal storage drive, and/or backing up your sessions on a DVD. We will store your sessions on our studio's hard-drive for a temporary period, for no charge, at the client's risk. No smoking inside the building. No drugs/alcohol/weapons inside the building. Snacks/drinks are available. All sales are final, there are no refunds. Prices and rules are subject to our discretion, and may change at any given time. In the event that our equipment or space is damaged, you will be asked to repair the damages, or be barred from using our studio. Please respect our engineers, our building, and our time. We pride ourselves on delivering platinum-artist levels of respect to the most local of artists, and we expect the same of our business. We thank you, and look forward to working with you.
