B/CS LOUD!FEST is the lovechild of long-time College Station scenesters Matt and Niki Shea, and recent Seattle transplant Kelly Minnis. All three remember fondly the DIY and grassroots ethos from their youth and hope to instill that same sense of scene pride in Brazos Valley musicians and music fans alike.
