My bio/mission statement
If I were to define myself as an instrumentalist, I'm a drummer first and foremost.
My real aspiration though lies in the full composition and creation of music in many forms, so I try to study, practice, understand, and immerse myself in all bodies of musical art without discretion.
It's my goal to encompass and excel as a songwriter, recording artist, session musician, modern composer for any application, and collaborator.
Because of the amount of ground I want to cover as a career musician, I try to divide my work into more apt projects. Under my own name, I will operate as a composer and contemporary songwriter/recording artist, I will initiate projects for other focused areas of music such as metal, electronica, and experimental. I will also act as a collaborator, either constructing songs with other singers/musicians, working as a session musician, or playing a part in a band.

And then there's times where I'm like "Screw it", roll with it, and do what I do :P
