About Me

Living in Northeast Ohio all of my life, I've had the opportunity to experience the most exciting things this area has to offer (Jib Jab Hot Dog Shoppe, breaking into abandoned steel mills, having a song written about our area by Bruce Springsteen--who has never been and will never be in Youngstown for any reason, etc.).
I play drums in Kitchen Knife Conspiracy, a death metal band that has been together since 1998. I will release an entire album of material by Summer 2009. A man's gotta have goals.
Hobbies include video games, watching pro wrestling, and working on my home--which is always a work in progress.
I hope you like the tunes. They're being recorded in a bedroom for right now. I plan on recording at Ampreon Recorder in Youngstown within the next few months. Keep an eye out.
Oh, and I like steak. Steak is delicious.[LOVEMYFLASH]

Friday by Five: Week 3.5 - 4.2???

I've posted a new song called "Another Day In Ohio"--I've had the chorus bouncing around in my head for this song for like, four years.  So, finally I used it. Also, I finally wrote a song about my ho...

Friday by Five, 2009 (Week 1)

Great.  Starting the New Year one day late. My song this week is called "Dogs and Dreams"--I had a dream about these dogs that I was chasing.  Each one, in my dream, represented something I ...

Week 13: Imagine/Lennon Cover

Another Friday By Five tune, this is my cover of John Lennon's IMAGINE--one of the most loved songs of all time. Yoko Ono sucks, but this one is a classic. Twilight is going to be a dumb movie. &...

Week 12: One Day In Jonestown

Many of you MIGHT know the story of Jonestown, but some of you don't. So, here's a quick review.  Pay attention, there will be a quiz later. In 1978, a few over 900 people committed suicide by dr...

Week 11: Weeds Cover Tune

11 weeks of Fx5!  That's good times.  Although, as of today at 3 p.m., I thought I was going to miss out. However, I threw together this Life of Agony cover tune in about an hour and ten min...

Week 10: In The 80’s (Fx5)

The song this week is an original that I wrote lyrics for while bored at YSU last spring.  I finally decided to compose music ridiculous enough for the nostalgia.  I think this is ridiculous...

Week 9: Misfits Cover (Saturday Night)

This is the first of what I assume will be a few Misfits cover tunes from the Friday By Five camp in the next couple of weeks, in honor of Halloween.  It's a song called "Saturday Night". However...

Week 8: Taste Like Tears, Not Like Trust

So, I got a couple of new programs to use with Pro Tools.  This two-minute song is the product of that.  The lyrics are really short, but I kinda dig that. It's kinduva punk song, it's kinda...

Week 7: Cardigans Cover Tune (Explode)

So, The Cardigans are best known for producing one of the most annoying songs of all time, LOVEFOOL.  Then, they went on to put out three AMAZING albums.  This is from the first of those, Gr...

Fx5: Week 6 (World Watching)

I dunno what's up with this week's song.  It's mine.  It was like a strange thing I recorded months ago (without vocals) with a mandolin sounding keyboard effect...then I erased half of it, ...
