About Me

hello! This page is merely a sampling of some of the music I've done in the past few years. Just me nerding out on my Gameboys and other various electronics, as well as playing live drums. yay!
"Lowrider" is a cover I did recently for fun. I used 2 Gameboys and my Alesis Micron to put it together. This is a song I heard a lot growing up and played many a-time in band at high school sporting events. (Original by War of course!)
"Frown Upside Down" is a short little track I composed on 1 Gameboy while feeling kind of down. Writing this tiny song cheered me up! It starts off kinda' mopey and sad-sounding, but picks up and ends on a happy note!
"My Mama Was A Chola" is a joke song written for fun for my friends. This one has no Gameboy, it's purely Fruity Loops for beats, Alesis Micron for the synth sounds, and me playing the congas live. Inspired by the movie "Mi Vida Loca". The opening intro is a clip from the movie as well!
"Panty Raid" and "Bombs Away!" were written while I was in 8 Bit Weapon. You can purchase them on the full-length album "Vaporware Soundtracks", which can be found on iTunes, CD Baby, etc. (I am no longer with 8BW, but we put out that album before the split.)
"Spacelab" appears on the Kraftwerk cover compilation called "8-Bit Operators" and was also put together when I was still in 8 Bit Weapon. You can find that album at most CD stores as well as Amazon.com, CD Baby, iTunes, etc. Original song of course composed by the German godfathers of electronic music, themselves.
